N95 si basa sulle stesse capacita’ di filtraggio delle FFP2 pero seguendo gli standard certificativi 42 CFR 84 del NIOSH degli Stati Uniti .
KN95 e’ invece la sigla che si utilizza per le certificazioni degli standard cinesi GB 2626-2006.
Le mascherine N95 e KN95 hanno una capacità di filtraggio del 95% delleparticelle in sospensione, e sono equivalenti alle FFP2 (o addirittura l’1% in più di filtraggio rispetto a FFP2 che ne filtra il 94%).
